Your customers never meet your brand.
They meet your people.

Ninety seconds at a counter, delivered by somebody earning a fraction of the campaign. That is where the brand actually lands.

I train those people. Boardroom to shop floor, one framework, scored before and after.

Thirty minutes. A diagnosis, not a pitch. Nothing is quoted before we understand the brand.

The ninety seconds

One customer. One counter. No second take.

0:00

The door opens. Nobody has said anything yet.

They register whether you looked up. Not manners. Evidence.

Grooming, posture, the way the uniform sits. Read and filed before a word.

First sentence. Most staff open with a specification. She walked in with a reason.

A question nobody trained them for. The next four seconds are the brand.

She decides. She will not tell you, and she may not know she has.

Ninety seconds of a two-year repositioning, delivered by one person on a Tuesday.

The part of the experience media spend cannot reach.

The framework

Nine moments decide the sale.
Your team was trained on two of them.

Jan Carlzon called every customer contact a moment of truth. Map a real one and there are usually nine. Formal training almost always covers the two in the middle.

2of nine moments
formally trainedTypical, before any presence work

Phase 1 Before a word

01Untrained

The approach

Whether they were seen at all. Settled in three seconds.

02Untrained

The greeting

Performed or meant. A customer can always tell.

03Untrained

The read

What she came in for, not what she asked for.

Phase 2 In the conversation

04Trained

The offer

What gets shown, and in what order. Product training lives here.

05Untrained

The objection

Too expensive. I'll think about it. Let me check with my husband.

06Untrained

The unknown

A question nobody prepared them for. Where confidence shows or does not.

Phase 3 Closing and after

07Untrained

The handover

Passed to another person, another counter, another shift.

08Trained

The close

The transaction itself. The only step with a script.

09Untrained

The exit

The goodbye, and whether anybody follows up.

Seven of the nine are left to personality. That is why the same three locations keep outperforming and nobody in your business can say why. It is not culture. It is that seven moments were never taught.

What we do

Five practices. One framework underneath all of them.

Same seven pillars, same scoring, whether the room holds eight directors or eighty frontline staff. Two frameworks means two cultures.

Luxury Jewellery & Retail

“Twenty-two karat, BIS hallmark, seven grams, ma'am.” She did not walk in for a specification. Answer with metallurgy and you have lost her before she leaves the store.

What she saysWhat she means
“Show me something in 22 karat.”Do not let me be underdressed at my sister's wedding.
“What is the making charge?”Am I being taken seriously in this store?
“I'll come back with my mother.”Nobody here understood what I came for.

Luxury Hospitality

RoomConfirmation only

Grooming inside a uniform, which is harder than free dress and almost never taught. Body language across a counter and across a language barrier. Cross-cultural protocol for high-value guests. Multi-batch around your rota, because you cannot pull a front office off the floor.

Executive Presence for Leadership

A room reads you in a fixed order. Your slides come sixth.

All seven pillars, weighted heavily to Physical and Vocal, which nobody has coached since business school. Includes Style Scale calibration by industry and city, because what reads as authority in a Mumbai BFSI board is not what reads in a Bengaluru product review.

Customer Experience

Four swaps go into muscle memory in about forty minutes. Customers hear the difference the same week.

Presence is a set of behaviours, not an attitude. Behaviours can be taught, drilled and scored. Also covered: greeting protocol, internal customers, grooming that survives a nine-hour shift, and the ninety seconds after something goes wrong.

Etiquette, Protocol & Keynotes

The meeting is won in the room and lost at the dinner. We bring a real table.

N
01Forks, outside in. Three courses, three forks.
02Knife and spoon, blade turned inward.
03Dessert cutlery above the plate.
04Glasses to the right, water nearest.
05Napkin left, and when it leaves the table.

Real table, real menu, real faux-pas drills. People do not remember a slide about cutlery. They remember being wrong about it in front of colleagues once. Keynotes run one to two hours, up to 100 people, and work best as the opening move.

Recognition

Twenty years of being asked back, and asked to speak.

Awards, stages, press and industry panels. Tap any frame to open it full size.

The difference

Most training tells you it worked. This one shows you.

How will we know this did anything? Most providers answer with a feedback form measuring whether people enjoyed the day. Enjoyment is not learning.

The seven-pillar instrument

Illustrative movement, 44-person retail cohort. Your numbers will differ.

Observed scoreDay 0 baselineDid not move

Self-assessment runs alongside observed. The gap between the two is often the most useful line in the report.

Before

Every participant scored on all seven pillars. Mindset, Visual, Vocal, Verbal, Physical, Social, Digital.

During

Weighted to the cohort's lowest pillars, not a fixed agenda. Two cohorts in one company often get different days.

After

Same instrument at 30 and 90 days. Not on the last afternoon while everyone is still warm.

You receive pillar-level movement, distribution rather than averages, and an honest note on which pillars did not shift. The pillars that did not move are the useful half of that document.

At scale

Seven cities. Same day. Same hour.

A national brand does not have a training problem. It has a consistency problem wearing one as a disguise.

One brand moment, not forty.

Seven cities, one week, one experience. A national event rather than a regional activity, and it produces recall a staggered rollout never will.

Numbers you can compare.

An identical instrument everywhere is the only way a rollout produces a score you can read across sites. Sequential rollouts produce seven datasets and no conclusion.

No four-month decay.

By the time a staggered rollout reaches the last city, the first city has forgotten.

Who delivers. Bandita takes every leadership cohort and every readout personally. Multi-city runs on Mundial-certified trainers, same framework, same rubric. She is accountable for the scores in the cities she was not standing in.

The room

What actually happens, since the brochure never says.

Everyone has sat through a bad training day. Here is what this is not, and then what it is.

No energiser

Nobody claps in a rhythm. Adults find it patronising and it eats forty minutes.

People on their feet

Entrances and greetings get practised until they stop being performed.

No thick deck

If a slide can be emailed instead of presented, it gets emailed.

There is a camera

Twenty minutes of watching yourself. Nobody has needed convincing after the footage.

Not always comfortable

Somebody usually learns something about how they come across that they did not enjoy learning.

A real dining table

Set properly, real menu, real sequence. Mistakes happen once, among colleagues.

Delivery

How engagements are structured.

Pricing follows the scope rather than a rate card. Format, cities and headcount produce a proposal.

Five other ways to solve this, and where each one stops.

The optionWhat it does wellWhere it stops
Do nothing this yearFree. Budget goes somewhere with a clearer number on it.The gap widens every time marketing raises the promise, and marketing will not stop.
Internal L&D builds itCheapest at scale. Nobody knows your business better. They can run the rollout. They cannot write the instrument.
A global training vendorReal rigour. Procurement already has them on a list.A module on the firm handshake lands differently in a country with a namaste.
A local grooming firmAffordable, available, understands the market.Frontline only. Your leadership will not sit through it. Two vocabularies, one confused culture.
An e-learning platformScales overnight. Completion is trackable.Completion is not competence. Nobody has corrected a posture through a video.

If a global vendor is right for your leadership team, take it. Bandita has recommended it. What she would not do is train leadership on one framework and the frontline on another, then wonder why the culture does not feel like one thing.

Evidence

Sorted by what procurement actually asks.

Everything below is verifiable before you speak to anybody. The capability statement is written for procurement specifically.

“Have you done this at our scale?”

100,000+ professionals across 20+ years. 223+ organisations. Lead trainer for Tanishq across 200+ stores on a three-year retainer, working across the Titan group including Taneira.

“Is it credentialed, or is it her opinion?”

Conselle Institute of Image Management, USA. ICBI Mumbai. SQA UK and NABET. IMPA. ISO certified quality management. A certification with a governing body behind it, not a personal philosophy.

“Does she understand a corporate environment?”

Fifteen years inside corporate pharma before advising it. Most of her opinions about how not to run a session were formed sitting through one as an employee whose Thursday had been taken.

“Who else, and in what sector?”

Jewellery, luxury, BFSI, hospitality, retail, education and enterprise. The full list is public, with logos, on the clients page.

The frameworks

Thirty-one frameworks. All published. Judge the work before you buy it.

These are the same models used inside a cohort. Tap any one to read it full size, then send it to whoever has to approve the budget. If the thinking is not worth eleven minutes of their time, do not book the day.

Open the full resource libraryFree, no email wall on the frameworks themselves.

The arithmetic

No deadline on this page. So here is arithmetic instead.

No cohort closing, no rate expiring. We will not calculate your number for you — ours would be a guess and you would be right to discount it. Put your own in.

Twelve-month effect

Run the CX Performance Leak DetectorFree. Work email. The output is written for your internal business case, not ours.

Honestly

Three times this is the wrong call.

Worth reading before the call rather than after the invoice.

01You need a morale event

A good day out is a legitimate thing to buy. This is not it. These sessions involve being filmed and being scored. Book an offsite and call back in a quarter.

02Leadership will not attend

A standard that stops below the top floor is not a standard, it is a policy for other people. The strongest predictor of a rollout holding at ninety days is whether leadership went first.

03No time for the re-measure

The 90-day re-measure takes twenty minutes per person. If you will never get that time, say so at scoping. You are buying a training day, not a measured outcome, and should not pay for the second.

Procurement

What procurement asks.

How is this different from generic soft skills training?

Seven pillars with a scored pre and post assessment, built for Indian corporate culture, on an international certification. Generic soft skills training gives you a happy room and a feedback form. Ask any vendor what their measurement instrument is and whether you can read it before you buy. That question sorts the field quickly.

Can you handle 500 people across five cities?

Yes, and all five on the same day. Certified trainer network, one framework, one scoring rubric, identical instrument everywhere so numbers are comparable across sites.

What languages do you deliver in?

Hindi and English as standard, with local certified trainers in each city. Additional languages on request, depending on the cities in scope.

How do we measure ROI?

Pillar-level pre and post at 30 and 90 days, reported as cohort distribution rather than averages alone. Where you already track mystery shopper scores, NPS or conversion, the re-measurement window is aligned to your reporting cycle so both datasets can be read together.

You will not be promised a revenue percentage. Anyone who does is guessing at your business.

Do you customise, or is it off the shelf?

The seven pillars are fixed. Everything else comes out of the pre-assessment, which is why two cohorts in the same company often get different days.

Who actually delivers?

Leadership cohorts and every readout, Bandita. Multi-city rollouts, Mundial-certified trainers on the same framework, with Bandita accountable for the scores.

Travel and logistics?

Either you arrange travel and stay, or we arrange it and it appears on the invoice. Whichever suits your finance process. Venue requirements are confirmed at scoping.

What does it cost?

Every engagement is custom, so pricing follows the scope rather than a rate card. Tell us the format, the cities and the numbers and you will have a proposal. There is no cost to that conversation.

Can we certify our own trainers?

Yes, and for large organisations it is usually the right end state. We run the rollout, then certify your internal team on the framework and the instrument so the standard holds without an external dependency.
