The library · free · nothing gated

Twenty years of sessions, drawn as one page each.

Read one in two minutes. Use it on Monday.

Every framework here started as a pattern that came up often enough in the room to be worth drawing. No email, no form, no download wall.

Last updated August 2026. Five new frameworks every month.

Start with the symptom

Thirty-one is too many. Tell us what is actually happening.

Pick the sentence closest to your last three months. We will cut the library down to three frameworks and take you to them.

None of these? Scroll on. The full grid is two sections down and it takes plain English.

How the library is organised

Five zones, and they run in this order for a reason.

A room reads you from the outside in. You build yourself from the inside out. Most people work on zone five and wonder why it does not hold.

The register

All 31, open, in one place.

Search by what you are dealing with rather than by the title. Typing promotion, meeting or what to wear works.

Showing all 31 frameworks

Nothing matches that yet.

Which is useful information. If a gap keeps coming up in your work, say so — next month's five are built from what people ask for.

Ask for it

Tap any cover to open it full size, move through the set with the arrow keys, and save it from there.

Four sequences

If you would rather be told what to read first.

Four frameworks in order, roughly one a week. The order is the point — every one of these fails if you start at the fourth.

Path 01

Early career, and being underestimated

You are the youngest in most rooms and it is being read as the least experienced.

  1. Earn respect in any room: 12 habitsTwelve things that work before you speak
  2. Verbal authority: 14 phrasesThe fourteen sentences to stop using this week
  3. Build confidence: five science-backed frameworksFive methods, in order, with evidence behind them
  4. The Indian professional's dress code cheat sheetSo the room stops deciding on the wrong information
Path 02

Newly leading people

You were promoted for the work. The job is now something else entirely.

  1. The Four Pillars of Commanding PresenceWhat the four pillars are, and which two you already have
  2. Six frameworks to read any roomYour meetings have politics in them now. This reads them
  3. Stop being liked. Start being respected. The first trade every new manager gets wrong
  4. The Self-Leadership WheelEight areas, because nobody is managing you now
Path 03

Senior, and stuck

The next level is not a performance problem, which is why working harder has not moved it.

  1. How to get unstuck in your careerName the block before you try to solve it
  2. Make your work visibleSenior work is invisible by default
  3. Influence without authorityAbove a certain level, nobody reports to you
  4. The image framework: five pillarsFive pillars, in the order a board registers them
Path 04

Founder or business owner

You are the brand until you are big enough not to be, and that takes longer than anyone tells you.

  1. The Image ParadoxStart here, and read it twice
  2. The presence auditScore yourself before you spend on any of it
  3. How to carry yourself in high-stakes momentsInvestor rooms, client rooms, difficult rooms
  4. How to build the reputation you deserveFive stages, and the one everybody skips

What to actually do with them

A framework you only agree with has done nothing.

Reading one feels like progress and is not. These are the four uses that have survived contact with real teams.

01 · Ten minutes

Open a team meeting with one

Put it on the screen. Everybody names the one row they are weakest on, out loud. The naming is the exercise. Ten minutes, once a fortnight.

02 · Before

Prime a high-stakes room

Read the relevant one on the way in, pick one row to run, and forget the rest. Two changes at once is none.

03 · Twice a year

Score yourself honestly

The presence audit and the self-leadership wheel both work as a scored self-review. Do it twice a year and keep the first sheet.

04 · One-to-ones

Give feedback with a page, not a mood

“You need more presence” is not feedback. Pointing at which of the four pillars is thin, and why, is.

What these are, and what they are not.

Six more, and two of them are diagnostics rather than reading.

Everything Mundial gives away sits here. Two ask for an email and tell you why before they ask. The rest do not.

Five a month, and here is the queue

This page is never finished, which is the whole idea.

Five new frameworks every month, drawn from whatever came up most in that month's sessions. The queue is public because it is built from what people ask for.

In the queue

The apology audit — nine ways professionals over-apologise at work, and the swap for each

In the queue

Reading a promotion panel: who is arguing for you when you are not in the room

In the queue

The travel wardrobe — one bag, four Indian cities, three climates, six meetings

In the queue

Presence on camera: the eleven things a video call changes

Yours?

If a gap keeps coming up in your work, say so. Most of these started as somebody's question.

Last updated August 2026. The five newest carry a marker in the grid above.

Before you ask

Eight questions, every week.

Is any of this gated?
No. Every framework on this page opens in full at 1080 pixels, with no email address, no form and no download wall. The only two things on the site that ask for an email are the Style Quiz and the Executive Presence Blueprint, and both tell you why before they ask.
How often is the library updated?
Five new frameworks a month. The most recent five carry a New marker in the grid, and the date at the top of the library is the last time it changed. If that date is stale, the page is stale — hold us to it.
Can I use these with my team?
Yes, and it is the use they were designed for. Put one on a screen at the start of a meeting and work through it out loud. Keep the Mundial Image mark on the frame and do not sell them on. If you want the facilitated version, that is corporate training.
Can I post them on LinkedIn?
Yes, with credit and the mark left on. Most of these were published there first.
Where do the frameworks come from?
Twenty years of one-to-one image consulting and corporate training, 100,000+ professionals and 223+ organisations. Each one started as a pattern that came up often enough in sessions to be worth drawing rather than repeating.
I do not know which one I need.
Use the six symptoms at the top of the page. Pick the sentence that sounds most like your last three months and it narrows thirty-one down to three. If none of the six fit, the search box takes plain English — try what you would say to a friend.
Are these India-specific?
Several are, deliberately. The dress code cheat sheet, the nine style archetypes and the seven presence approaches are all written for Indian rooms, Indian weather and Indian hierarchy. The rest travel.
What is the difference between this and the Blueprint?
This page is thirty-one single-page frameworks, two minutes each, in any order. The Blueprint is eleven chapters that run in sequence and build. Frameworks diagnose. The Blueprint is closer to a programme. And neither of them can see you, which is what the one-to-one work is for.

Talk to us

A framework can name it. It cannot see you.

If you have read three of these and recognised yourself in all three, that is usually the signal. Fifteen minutes, free, and enough to tell you whether going further is worth it.

If the answer is that you do not need us, we will say so, and name the two frameworks that will do the job on their own.

You will do most of the talking. Bring the room that keeps going wrong.
