Insights will be the written half of the practice. The arguments, the case notes, the things that will not fit on a framework card.
Thirty-one frameworks and an eleven-chapter blueprint are already free on this site. So the bar for an article here is not whether it is useful. It is whether it says something the library does not already say better.

The territory
Five things the writing will keep coming back to
The same five zones the resources library is organised around. Presence and style are what people arrive asking about. The other three are usually what actually needs the work.
Presence
How a room reaches a conclusion about you in the first few seconds, and which parts of that are trained rather than innate.
Voice
What happens to a sound argument when it is delivered badly. Pace, pitch, filler, and the mechanics of fixing each one.
Self-image
The distance between how you see yourself and how you are read. Closing it is not a confidence exercise.
Visibility
Being good at the job and getting passed over anyway. The part of a review nobody says out loud.
Style
Clothes as a working tool. Colour, line, drape, and the Indian context that most presence advice imported from elsewhere keeps getting wrong.
Already here
There is plenty to read. It is just not on this page.
Every one of these is live and free today. The blueprint is where most of the argument already sits.
